A free recruitment event is taking place next month on Tuesday 16 April at Warwickshire Police HQ in Leek Wootton to highlight the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) and Detective Constable Degree Holder Entry Programme (DC DHEP) roles available at Warwickshire Police.
 

PCDA

With PCDA programme, you can train as a student officer while earning a competitive salary and studying for a fully-funded university degree.

DC DHEP

DC DHEP is a 2 year programme for degree holders where you can earn a competitive salary as an officer and study for a fully funded graduate diploma on the job from Staffordshire University.

The recruitment event will commence with a short presentation followed by the opportunity to ask questions to our police officers/senior detectives, existing direct entry recruits, members of the recruitment team and our learning & development department including our professionally accredited training partners from Staffordshire University.
 

As well as hearing from senior leaders and current recruits, the event will also enable any prospective applicants to discuss any questions or concerns with representatives from each department.
 

We’re hoping this event will be a really good opportunity for anyone who is looking for employment with Warwickshire Police to come and find out more about what we can offer and exactly what those roles entail.
