SNT Ward Walk in Stoneleigh - Thursday 17-JUL-2025 |
||
A question often asked is “What's neighbourhood policing nowadays?”. In short, neighbourhood policing is about being visible, engaging with communities and working with communities, partner agencies and community leaders/representatives to solve problems and understand what’s important to you. This afternoon (17/07/2025), PCSO Ed King was on the beat in Stoneleigh accompanied by Ben Edwards, local councillor for Warwickshire County Council. We conducted a ward walk around the village, being visible and available to engage with the local community. Recent and ongoing issues for the Warwick Rural East area were discussed. We're working together to make your community a safer place to live, work and visit. We know that collaboration between police and communities is one of the best ways to cut crime and keep people safe. Effective local policing is about more than just fighting crime, it’s about building relationships, understanding local concerns and being where it matters most. We can't be everywhere at once but we'll do our best to be there for your community. Warwick Rural East Safer Neighbourhood Team will be conducting more ward walks across the Warwick Rural East area with community representatives. #RuralMatters #SaferStreetsSummer #ThisIsNeighbourhoodPolicing | ||
