Fire Safety Awareness - Dry Grass and fire risks

Good morning Resident

  You may have noticed a large emergency service presence on Bromsgrove Road, Studley yesterday. We were in attendance to close the road in order to assist our Warwickshire Fire and Rescue buddies from Alcester, Henley and Worcester. They had been called to a fire that started in a field but quickly spread due to dry conditions and wind. Thankfully the fire was brought under control quickly and everyone was ok. Due to increased calls of similar incidents, we thought we would help to share some advise to assist WFRS around agricultural wild fires due to the continued dry conditions and the current risks.
